All About Us

Our Story

We are a family of 7.

It started with my obsession with Bernese Mountain Dogs (still LOVE LOVE the Berner).  But admittedly, they SHED! And a large dog with free range to a house already full, meant A LOT of maintenance!

So began hours and hours of research on Bernedoodles.  And here we are!

My name is Jenni. I'm the one in charge of what's going for the most part (but only as far as my puppies go!)

Jason is the one who makes everyone do what I say!

Our oldest is Natalie. She can answer all your questions about cats and house plants. She puppy-sits and brings lots of new people over for well socialized puppies!

Virginia can answer all your questions about guitars, music, and vintage fashion. She's mostly in it for the puppy snuggles!

Micah is an expert on fish, goose and duck and how to prepare them for the table, and he is AWESOME when it comes to puppy care and clean-up!

Jude is my breeder side-kick and veterinarian at heart. When he's not ice-fishing, he's the one who runs all the errands and picks-up whatever forgotten supply I find myself in need of, and he's great at keeping us all calm.

And Jeremiah does it all!! Puppy poop clean up, puppy cuddles, puppy exercise, naming, training, and bathing, all while never neglecting his veiled chameleon, Glenn Fiasco!

About our Program

Our momma's are health and DNA tested and I chose a sire directly dependent upon these tests. Sires are chosen according to their compatibility with our females and my comfort and trust with their breeders. I am willing and have driven long distances for the correct breeding.

All puppies are snuggled and played with DAILY - all day long!

And at 3 weeks of age we welcome friends from all over and all ages to come meet them because well socialized puppies make the best family pets!

They are wormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks, vet checked and will have their first set of puppy vaccines when they go to their new homes.  In addition to this I practice Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) on all puppies from age 3 days to 16 days.  This is believed to be a time period of rapid neurological growth and development and this stimulation is designed to improve, among other things, their tolerance to stress and greater resistance to disease.
